Since our first ISO Certification through today, we are constantly evaluating our everyday processes and procedures and implementing changes in our own organization.

Now, through our official engagement of our suppliers and transportation carriers with EcoVadis, our goal is to create a halo effect, resulting in a positive impact throughout the supply chain.

Our goal over the next year is to define actionable benchmarks that we can work to achieve as an organization. Our customers expect us to act responsibly, and we owe this to future generations.

ENVIRONMENT

Our company is fully committed to enhancing our already robust environmental policies including strict recycling procedures for paper, aluminum cans and shrink wrap. We utilize poly-air fill machines for outgoing shipments, actively participate in the UPS carbon neutral program, use power-saving, LED motion-sensor lighting and sustainable office products where available.
 

LABOR & HUMAN RIGHTS

From our ED&I (Equality, Diversity & Inclusion) Committee to our annual corporate compliance training, topics covered include anti-harassment and non-discrimination, human trafficking awareness, forced/child labor awareness and whistleblower training. We are also proud of our ongoing employee engagement programs and educational opportunities offered.

ETHICS

We offer training in ethical business practices and enforce our business conduct policy with our employees and suppliers.
 

SUSTAINABLE PROCUREMENT

Our product development team is constantly researching new sustainable materials to incorporate into our products. In addition, we ensure these products are sourced from suppliers that hold the same values that we do. Suppliers with SA8000, ISO or other certifications are given prioritization in our supply chain.
